There are no off-the-shelf solutions. Across my many years of helping people with their mental health struggles, I've learnt that a flexible and considered approach is what's needed. I use a blend of various disciplines to target your particular case. This will all be presented in the form of talking therapies that focus on finding real practical, applicable, and measurable solutions for you. I can absolutely be someone for you to talk to but I aim to be more than that: I will help you develop the skills you need to improve.

I also believe in the importance of meeting face-to-face, it allows us to build a secure and effective therapeutic relationship away from whatever troubles you might have at home. If you agree, I operate in the excellent Braintree and Bocking Community Centre; an inviting and safe space. That being said, I appreciate the convenience of remote calls and the comfort they can provide. If you would prefer to have your sessions done via video call, we can absolutely arrange that.

Please complete the Referral Form and I will be in touch
